Steady Oasis honors the sacred 8 limbs of yoga in their daily yoga classes, workshops, and retreats. Every sequence is mindfully designed to safely guide students through a series of asanas that will help strengthen, open, and cleanse the body. Holding the spirituality of yoga dear to our hearts, each class will invite students beyond their physical bodies and connect to their deeper selves.
